Engine-Oil Treatment

Use MaxDx1 in engine oil at every oil change under its dedicated dose.

Use it correctly

A concentrated product demands accurate measurement.

Base the dose on the actual amount of fuel or oil being treated. Smaller tanks may require fractional-ounce measurement.

  • First fuel tank: 2 fluid ounces per 10 U.S. gallons

  • Every fill after: 1 fluid ounce per 10 U.S. gallons

  • Engine oil: 1 fluid ounce per quart at every oil change

Clear boundaries

What MaxDx1 is—and what we do not claim.

MaxDx1 is marketed as a fuel enhancer and fuel-and-oil lubricity product. It is not promoted as a replacement for manufacturer-required premium fuel.

  • Follow the fuel grade required by the vehicle or engine manufacturer

  • Do not use consumer claims as universal performance guarantees

  • Aviation applications are outside current public promotion

Results depend on the application

Engine condition, fuel, duty cycle, dose, weather, load, and test method can all affect the result.
